An
archetype-driven EHR system
EHRflex
is an archetype-based clinical registry system (EHR) independent of a
particular reference model, althought currently only supports ISO/CEN
EN13606 archetypes. It uses clinical archetypes as guidelines
for the automatic generation of web interfaces, oriented to a clinical
use and data introduction.
You can edit you ISO/CEN EN13606 using an open source editor such as LinkEHR-Ed
